Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Administration Fee
All refunds that are granted inline with the following cancellation policies will be less a $10.00 administration fee (retail customers) or $7.00 administration fee (wholesale customers) .

In addition, any refund or transfer that is requested from TPP Internet that is due to duplicate payment, overpayment and any other customer error will also incur a $10.00 administration fee (retail customers) or $7.00 administration fee (wholesale customers)

Domain Names
Once an order for a domain name has been submitted and the domain has been registered, TPP Internet will not refund for change of mind.

In certain limited circumstances (depending on the domain name space), a registrant may cancel a domain name (due to spelling mistakes etc) provided that the domain registration request has not yet been sent to the relevant registry, and the registrant submits another application for the correct spelt domain.

The request to cancel a domain must be submitted in writing on the same day the application is submitted to TPP Internet. Written requests must be emailed to policy@tppinternet.com from the registrant email address, or faxed on the registrant’s company letterhead to 1300 792 306. In addition to the written request, the registrant must call our technical support team to notify of the cancellation request.

In certain limited circumstances a registrant may apply for their domain name license to be cancelled (depending on the domain name space and the registry conditions); however TPP Internet does not provide any refund under these circumstances.

Shared Hosting Terms and Conditions
Cancellations for web site and email hosting orders will only be accepted within 7 days of the product/s being ordered.

Cancellations requests must be submitted to TPP Internet in writing. Written requests must be emailed to policy@tppinternet.com from the registrant email address, or faxed on the registrant’s company letterhead to 1300 792 306.

In these cases a refund will be provided less our refund administration fee of $10.00 (retail customers) or $7.00 (wholesale customers).

Registrants will be notified by TPP Internet when bandwidth usage is approaching a products’ limit. At this time, the registrant will have the opportunity to upgrade to a product with more bandwidth (if applicable), alternatively, a charge of 8c per MB of excess data traffic will be charged to the customer’s credit card. Failure to pay for excess data transfer may result in account suspension which will cause disruptions to services.

TPP Internet Web and Email Hosting customers accept responsibility for any information and materials issued over the service and indemnify TPP Internet harmless against any liability in relation to such information and material.

TPP Internet reserves the right to schedule server maintenance at any time, which may or may not affect services on the platform. TPP Internet will endeavour to perform maintenance during a time that will be least disruptive to the majority involved.

TPP Internet routinely backs up data stored on the TPP Internet servers; however, such data is not guaranteed to be stored for extended periods.

Footprint Hosting Terms and Conditions
Domain Names hosted on TPP Internet’s Footprint hosting platform must be registered through TPP Internet and managed via my TPP Internet reseller account. Domain names registered through any other party must be transferred to my TPP Internet reseller account prior to configuration on the TPP Internet Footprint Hosting platform.

The registrant must notify TPP Internet in writing 90 days prior to expiry if a footprint product will no longer be required. In the event that cancellation notification is not received by TPP Internet 90 days in advance of the products’ expiry, TPP Internet will renew the product and charge the registrant’s credit card for the full renewal price.

Web Site Builder products
Web Site Builder cancellations will only be accepted within 7 days of the product being ordered. Requests must be submitted in writing. Written requests must be emailed to policy@tppinternet.com from the registrant email address, or faxed on the registrant’s company letterhead to 1300 792 306. Refunds will be provided, less our $10.00 (retail customers) refund administration fee or $7.00 (wholesale customers) refund administration fee.

Please note that upon cancellation, the web site will remain up and running (providing hosting is still valid) but any live elements of your site (such as guest books, links to external sites etc) will cease to operate.

Any site built and/or published using Web Site Builder is not to be duplicated. TPP Internet will not provide the source code for any template based portions of a web site developed with Web Site Builder for any third party means.

Web Site Builder customers may upgrade to a larger product on a pro rata basis – i.e – any unused portion of the service (per month) is discounted off the upgraded product. In the event that the value of your current product exceeds the value of the upgraded product, you will not be provided with a refund.
